Teachers and fellows interested in the 2008-2009 school year can apply online below. Please check out our website to learn more about the program. Applications will be accepted through May 16th, 2008.

Fellows should be Graduate students in the College of Engineering or College of Math and Physical Sciences. Only U.S. citizens should apply. As a Fellow, each person must commit to 6-8 hours per week in the classroom. You must have your own transportation. It is mandatory to attend the summer workshop, scheduled for June 17th-19th, 2008 . Each Fellow is rewarded a fellowship for their participation. The application page (Preview Application Page) will ask you for your contact information, a brief statement of interest, your Curriculum Vitae, Undergraduate & Graduate Transcripts, and 3 letters of recommendation. We are seeking 3rd - 5th grades teachers from Columbus Public Schools. As a GK-12 participant, each teacher must have science class multiple times a week so that each Fellow meets their 6-8 hours requirement. This 10 hour requirement includes both science lessons and lesson planning. A GK-12 teacher must collaborate with a Fellow to develop and teach science lessons. It is mandatory for each GK-12 teacher to attend the summer workshop, scheduled for June 17th-19th, 2008. Each teacher is rewarded a stipend for their participation.
